Brazilian customer case study: 4-cavity fully automatic machine

I first met Mr. Norien three years ago. Mr. Norien is from Brazil and owns a skincare product factory. For our first collaboration, he ordered a three-cavity fully automatic blow molding machine from me, used for making 1-liter plastic bottles. However, he didn't order the molds. We quickly completed the production, testing, shipping, and installation. Working with Mr. Norien was a pleasant experience, and it was clear he felt the same way; he highly praised our machine.

This praise has also translated into real business. He orders 2-3 machines from us at YI Sunda every year. Today, we're talking about this fully automatic four-cavity blow molding machine. This is his second purchase of our blow molding machine. This time he also ordered molds. He wants to produce 500ml HDPE skincare bottles, and this machine will allow him to produce 10 million bottles annually. Mr. Norien is very satisfied with this production capacity.

According to Mr. Norien's request, we custom-made a cooling blowpipe specifically for him.

This allows for improved product quality, and we modified our blow molding machine to operate at 60Hz to suit Brazil's power supply. The machine arrived successfully at the customer's factory early last year. Unfortunately, the PLC was damaged during transportation, but we immediately sent a new one to the customer free of charge, fortunately without delaying their production schedule.
