I met Mr. Bob in January of last year; he is a very kind and friendly person from Tanzania. He told me that he had never used a blow molding machine before, and I told him not to worry. We have instruction manuals and videos for using and installing the machine, and we can also set up an after-sales communication group so he can communicate directly with our technicians about any machine problems.
That's how our cooperation began. Within a month, our machine was completed. He told me that he wanted to come to our factory to personally learn how to use the blow molding machine and install the molds, and I said that was fine.
Indeed, face-to-face communication further increased his trust in me. Our technical team guided him through everything, from starting the machine's PLC to adjusting parameters and installing the molds. However, seeing and doing are definitely different. When Mr. Bob received his machine, he installed it incorrectly at the first step: "ground, live, neutral." Our technical team immediately set up a communication group to help him solve the problem.
As mentioned, he was someone who was completely new to blow molding machines, but now, following the steps and guidance, he has already placed a repeat order for molds with us.
From initial distrust to the final repeat order, it's thanks to Mr. Bob's trust and the expertise of our professional team. I am truly honored to have met Mr. Bob. Everything takes time.
