We were truly honored to welcome our esteemed clients from Mali, Africa, who personally visited our factory with product samples to place an order for an advanced extrusion blow molding machine and the corresponding molds. This collaboration was a highly productive journey of technical exchange and co-creation.
At the beginning of the cooperation, the specific samples provided by the client gave us a clear target. Our engineering team held several in-depth technical discussions with the client, thoroughly understanding each requirement for the 1L plastic bottle regarding specifications, capacity, appearance, and material. Based on this, our design team, with great enthusiasm and professional expertise, conducted multiple rounds of meticulous design and optimization. Each version of the design was closely discussed and confirmed with the client, ensuring the final plan not only fully met expectations but also strived for excellence in every detail.
Once the design was finalized, our production team diligently commenced the manufacturing of the machine and the precision machining of the custom molds. After a month of dedicated effort, the core extrusion blow molding machine and the custom molds were successfully completed and entered the crucial debugging phase. Throughout this month, our technical team worked tirelessly, performing fine calibration and parameter optimization on the equipment, and repeatedly testing the production process. It was a process of continuous improvement and the pursuit of perfection. Finally, when the first 1L plastic bottle meeting the client's sample standard was successfully produced, the site was filled with joy and a sense of achievement. The client witnessed the perfect transformation from blueprint to physical product firsthand and expressed high praise and satisfaction with the final product's appearance, uniformity, weight, and overall quality.
This successful cooperation not only resulted in high-quality products that delighted our client but also strengthened the trust and friendship between us and our Malian partners. We are deeply proud to have supported our client in achieving their production goals with our professional technology and committed attitude.

What Should Operator Training Cover for an Automatic Blow Molding Machine? When I design automatic blow molding machine operator training, I cover more than machine buttons and production speed. A complete program must teach safety, machine anatomy, material handling, startup and shutdown procedures, parameter control, quality inspection, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, changeover, emergency response, and documented qualification. Operators should understand Learn More >Oct 02, 2026
Mold Changeover on Automatic Blow Molding Machines: Steps Before Restarting Production I treat mold changeover as a controlled restart process, not simply a mold replacement task. Mold Changeover on Automatic Blow Molding Machines: Steps Before Restarting Production requires seven controls: isolate the machine, remove and install the mold, reconnect utilities, verify the recipe, complete a dry cycle, inspect trial parts, and approve stable production. This sequence protects Learn More >Oct 01, 2026
What Bottle Samples and Drawings Should You Provide Before a Machine Trial? Before arranging a machine trial, I recommend providing representative physical bottles, controlled technical drawings, closures, labels, production materials, target output, line-interface details, and written acceptance criteria. The supplier should receive enough information to evaluate bottle handling, filling, capping, labeling, orientation, transfer, and rejection performance under Learn More >Sep 24, 2026
