Stage 2: Customized Design & Production of Machine and Mold

According to the finalized technical plan, we commence the manufacturing of the core equipment. Our blow molding machines feature high-performance servo drive systems and precision extruders to ensure uniform plasticizing and high energy efficiency. Concurrently, mold design is critical. Our engineers utilize CAD/CAM systems to meticulously design the flow channels, cooling system, and vents, guaranteeing optimal product quality, high gloss, and a fast cycle time. All key components are made from premium materials and processed with CNC precision machining.

Stage 3: Comprehensive Pre-Shipment Testing & Sample Approval

Before packaging and shipment, we conduct an indispensable key step: on-site testing. We will use the mold produced for you to run actual production on the blow molding machine you ordered. This process aims to: 1) Verify the synergy between the machine and the mold; 2) Produce the first batch of physical samples; 3) Optimize process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, time). We will provide a testing video and the samples for your approval, ensuring the equipment you receive is verified and ready for immediate production.
